DONNA RACHELSON: Founder of Branding & Marketing YOU

Branding & Marketing You is a business focused on helping organisations build their brands from their most important assets – their ‘people’.  She has spoken to and trained many people across more than 20 blue chip clients, including Microsoft, McKinsey, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Deloitte and SAB. She also plays an active role in Seed Engine (which includes Seed Academy and the WDB Growth Fund) as a Director and shareholder where the focus is on supporting women and youth entrepreneurs to build and grow their businesses. Donna is the author of three books: The best seller Branding & Marketing YOU; Branding & Marketing YOU throughTeams and Play to Win: What women can learn from men in business.

TSHEPISO PHAHO: Founder and CEO of The Canvas

She will be speaking on how to use social media to source new clients. Tshepiso has been in the Marketing, Branding and Digital space for close to 10 years – having worked in both agency and corporate environments. Her experience varies from account management in traditional agencies, digital account management in a digital environment as well as social media brand specialist as a part of a corporate in-house team.

KATIA KYRIAKOU: CEO of P. Serassis Sales & Distribution.

She will speak on how to retain and grow clients. Serassis Sales & Distribution is owned by women and has grown from the boot of a borrowed car to a professional warehouse, employs 80 people, has 12 trucks, about 3500 products and a name synonymous with honesty, integrity, moral values and unsurpassed service for all our customers.

PAUL SMITH: Founder of 7 Percent & Civitas.

He will speak on Mind-set and mechanicsPaul Smith is an entrepreneur, writer and researcher. He is the founder of 7 percent, a start-up and innovation consultancy which helps entrepreneurs and corporate innovators launch and scale new products and Civitas a CEO peer group organisation. He has coached hundreds of entrepreneurs and product managers. In addition, he has worked with multiple executives to design and roll out corporate innovation strategies. His primary research interests include new product development methodology, strategy and disruptive entrepreneurship, as well as, how to support high potential start-ups and corporate innovators most effectively.
